BOX #1 - PUBLIC PROVENANCE RECORD

Statement:
This is the public marker for Box #1, the first Tool Relay. The concept began
during a toolbox cleanout and a simple question: why are useful old tools still
sitting unused? The answer became a traveling box: take what you need, add what
you can, pass the whole box to someone you trust, and optionally share the
stories of the tools and what they help build.

Founding principles:
- Useful tools should find useful hands.
- The tools are yours. The box has somewhere to be.
- Stories are welcome, never required.
- The tool doing good matters more than proving it.
- The project is human-led and the box moves person to person.
